Utilization of Equipment and Facilities
This service includes the use of available equipment and co-working spaces that are provided in each of the five cities of operation.

Organization of Innovation Cultivation and Beneficiary Support Events
Activities in this category aim to familiarize the local community with entrepreneurship by highlighting innovative ideas. Specifically, these activities include hackathons, innovation competitions, business games, organized visits to startups, job shadowing, and workshops linking research with entrepreneurship.
Organization of Public Information Events
This action includes organizing events aimed at informing and raising awareness among the academic community of the Peloponnese Region on issues related to entrepreneurship and innovation. These are day-long events featuring speeches from entrepreneurs, startup founders, market executives, mentors, and academics.
Business Entity Diagnostics
This service focuses on identifying the needs of the research/business teams supported by the project UniStart Hubs, so that the appropriate combination of services can be offered to them.

MENTORING - COACHING
Mentoring and coaching services aim to provide advisory services and training to the participants of the program. In this way, the beneficiaries have the chance to both grow as individuals and at the same time to advance the projects they are working on. These services are tailored to each participant’s needs, as identified during the diagnostic process.
Legal, Administrative, and Accounting Support
The aim of these services is to assist beneficiaries by providing all necessary information regarding issues that may arise during their operation. Support in legal, accounting, and administrative matters, as well as funding issues, is provided in a personalized manner to address the needs of each team.
Special Equipment Workshops
These workshops are equipped with specialized equipment and cutting-edge technologies (3D printers, VR/AR, robotics equipment) that allow beneficiaries to practically apply their ideas and develop their products using the provided specialized equipment.
Business Missions
Business missions involve the participation of specific business entities in internationally renowned exhibitions, conferences, or other events in Greece and abroad. In addition, this action includes inviting established entrepreneurs, mentors, and coaches to participate in the hubs’ events to share their expertise and experience with beneficiaries.
Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology Multi-Conference
The multi-conference is a two-day event aimed at analyzing new technological trends and creating unique conditions for networking and access to funding tools. During these events, other actions can also take place such as showcasing and awarding startups that present distinct and innovative features in their business model and daily operations.
